Roaming the alleys of Venice in the off season is the best. There is not a lot of people and not a lot of competition for getting the perfect shot. You don’t have to rush. These gondoliers were taking a break next to these beautifully colored buildings. I’m a huge fan of contrasting colors. I do that a lot in my photography.
