Real estate photos

You’re putting your home on the market or you’re a realtor looking for a real estate photographer. I’ve photographed hundreds of homes across the United States and Canada. Your home will be in very good hands or should I say bathed in the best light for a sale with my real estate photos.

Sunset or twilight exterior or view images add $200-300
If needing photos in less than 24 hours additional fee of $25

Homes over 2000 sq ft (or outside PDX) will require more time and photos, hence the fee is higher

Vacation rental photos

If you are listing your home on any rental site to compete it is highly recommended that you have a minimum of 24 photos. This can include neighborhood shots as well as interior and exterior shots. You’ll also want to include any amenity that makes the real estate more valuable like a pool, river access or community room.

Luxury and boutique hotel photography

I’ve worked with many 4 and 5 star hotels to showcase their property on websites and social media with high quality images. Images will be taken as with any other real estate photos on a digital camera showing the dynamic range, giving you warmth and depth in your photos without making them too dark or light.

Before and After photography

I also have experience in construction photography. I try to capture the before and after of each project closely matching the angles for maximum WOW factor.
